Here's some exciting news. Each day next week, beginning on Monday March 21st, WYEP (91.3 FM in Pittsburgh) will air a short spot as part of their "Local 913" program, featuring an interview of our Nicholas by Cindy Howes followed by the song "In the Night" from our album, There Was a Time We were Kids. They were good enough to share the exact times that the spot is scheduled, so we're going to share them with you.
- Monday 3/21: 9:30am
- Tuesday 3/22: 8:30pm
- Wednesday 3/23: 11:30am
- Thursday 3/24: 10:30pm
- Friday 3/25: 2:30pm
- Saturday 3/26: 9:30am
- Sunday 3/27: 2:30pm
In case you're not near a radio any of those times (or in case you want to listen to it over and over, like some of us might) you'll also be able to listen via their website after 9:30 Monday morning.
When you've heard it, you just might want to let the nice folks there know just how much you like hearing your favorite band on their radio station. (That applies even if your favorite band isn't the same as mine!) That's the only way they'll know that it makes a difference to you.
Brewer's Row returns to the Saturday Light Brigade radio program on Saturday, February 13th. If you happen to be visiting the Children's Museum that morning, come down to the lower level and watch while we chat with host Larry Berger and play a few of our songs. If you can't be there in person, listen in online at http://slbradio.org/listen, or on the real radio on any of these fine stations...

The results are in. It was a close contest, but Better Way edged out the competition. We hope you enjoy!
We've decided to give you, as a Christmas present, an early opportunity to listen to one of the tracks from There Was a Time We Were Kids, in its entirety, before the album release. We've narrowed it down to three - Jimmy, Twentysomething, and Better Way - but we haven't been able to decide on which one, so we'd like you to decide for us. To help you decide, we've added three 45-second snippets to this site's Music page. To vote, just add your comment to this blog entry (See where it says "Comment" below?) telling us which of the three you'd like to hear.
We are delighted to announce to you the release of Brewer's Row's second full length album, There Was a Time We Were Kids, Saturday, January 9th, 2016, at 9:00, at Howlers Coyote Cafe in Bloomfield.
Joining us will be our good friend Paul Tabachneck (http://paul-tab.com/). We opened for Paul at Mr. Smalls when he released his terrific album, Two People Made This Mess, and now he's returning the favor. (Actually, he will have been doing us the favor on both occasions.)
Friday, November 20th - Brewer's Row at the Wigle Distillery in Pittsburgh's Strip District - no cover, open to the public! Watch this space for details!
...got a sneak peek at the new album. Did they get into it? What do you think?
